Sober 2 years since June 1977, Tom was a long time circuit speaker who hit bottom at 27 years sober harder than what brought him into AA.
He drank for 30 hours but could not get physically drunk.
Got a pistol went on a mountain but could not do it.
Cancelled AA speaking engagements.
Went back to school to become a minister. His tuition and expenses was paid by an anonymous friend.
Great story about how his sponsor died.
