Though solid in concept and superb on delivery, Bill seems to have tended to not let the raw facts get in the way of a good story.
He believes here, that Carl Jung was treating Rowland H. in the 1930's for which we have no proof.
Rowland rescued Ebby T. from being sentenced to a sanitarium and Ebby brought the message of recovery by spiritual means to Bill in November 1934.
There are letters from Rowland from Zurich in 1926 describing his brief two-week treatment by Jung while waiting for Rowland's wife to arrive from Paris for her treatment.
As it turns out, one first cousin of Rowland's, Leonard Bacon (1887-1954 Pulitzer prize-winning poet who wrote brutally bad poetry), was treated by Jung prior to Rowland in 1925.
Another first cousin Carol Sawyer Baumann (1897-1958), was a close associate of Jung and relocated to Zurich in 1929 and lived there for the remainder of her life.
