Sober 25 years since 7/17/1996 at age 28, this was his first time speaking at a live event since the pandemic started.
His father divorced his mother when Sheldon was two.
His mother raised he and his brother on welfare in the north of England on the wrong side of the tracks.
Much of his story is the road to forgiveness and the recognition that all that he has of value now was a result of those events.
His message at the end:
