Held in December, the retreat was envisioned by Sandy B to not be marketed - no flyers, no website - just spread by word of mouth, drawing seekers from the four corners in a non-AA spiritually focused men's retreat.

PART 4: I Wish You Weren't Here

He starts by adding some things about forgiveness he forgot to mention from the last session

  • The Amish Response and
  • God loves us the same whether we are sinning or not, which is not the same as condoning - I need to do that as well or I cut myself off from God.

Then he starts the topic: A warm spiritual greeting is,

"My friend, I wish you weren't here."

Sandy then attempts to explains what that means.
