Sober 15 years since 2/14/1969, Retha grew up in West Virginia and got sober in Columbus, OH.
She was Delegate 1975-76 for Area 53 representing Central and Southeastern Ohio and served at the General Service Conference on the Grapevine committee.
In February 1977 Retha was offered the job of Grapevine Editor and moved to New York.
She was serving in that capacity at the time of this talk.
