Rebecca is a delightful speaker who did not like Al-Anon or Al-Anons when she first came in. She is from Hawaii originally. "There was trouble in paradise." She grew up in a non-alcoholic, loving family. Her father was a minister. She had no clue. She came from a very large Hawaiian family. They all got together for parties and funerals. There was lots of exciting drinking there that attracted her. She got pregnant and married to a Hawaiian marine in that order. She paid for the wedding, gown, rings and airline ticket. He passed out on the way to the reception. Neither she or he knew what he had.
