Randy served the extra year after the Delegate at the time went back out and died before finishing his term.
Randy, as Alternate-Delegate, stepped into the position a year early.
He shares a great story about speaking at the International as Delegate and having his daughter walk to the general sharing microphone.
He did not know she was in recovery or that she was at the convention.
