Sober 20 years since 2/17/2002, Pam is a soft-spoken member of the Canton Group who grew up in the area.
She can find no reason in her past for being an alcoholic except that, as long as she can remember she had been uncomfortable and afraid.
"I grew up looking at my feet."
But when she found alcohol in 9th grade, it changed everything.
It is hard to imagine this soft-spoken woman living such a wild life.
