Born in Salt Lake City, Utah 1924, Norm died in California in June, 1982, 16 months after this talk He is considered by many to be one of the best speakers, sponsors and teachers in AA.
He is famous for saying that the difference between himself and the guy who didn't make it is "seconds and inches". Entertaining and informative, his message carries weight and depth. The quality of the recording is acceptable. The quality of the message - wonderful.
