Sober 23 years since 6/28/1976, Nancy was the singer with the opening group at the infamous Woodstock Music Festival.
She says she was a pre-natal alcoholic because her mother carried her for 10 months. She thinks of it as her first act of defiance.
"I was dumped into the world, an Irish-Catholic and a victim, of course, and another alcoholic was launched out into the universe."
Very funny with a great story of overcoming adversity - much of it self-created.
