Daughter of University of Georgia Head Football Coach Wally Butts (coached: 1939-60), Nancy had to take care of both her parents after Wally was wrongly accused of rigging a game with the legendary Bear Bryant of the University of Alabama.
Her dad became depressed but finally got out of it to win awards in sales and the law suit against the magazine that liabled him. Later she met her alcoholic (with great legs) who finally got sober in the 1980's. He died some two years before this talk. She is learning to live with the silence. This is a very good story of family recovery on many fronts.
