Female alcoholic, sober 22 years since 1/23/1980, Michael got sober in Los Angeles, CA, was speaking around the country, met a man from Georgia, and moved to Evans to help him carry the message to the soldiers from a nearby base.
The base would send them by the busload to their home for a Big Book study.
She is a lively speaker, raised by an alcoholic mother, she often took care of her siblings when her mother did not come home.
Michael did not drink until she was in her twenties but progressed fairly rapidly.
I know Michael and her commitment to carrying this message to the alcoholic who still suffers.
