This recording has acceptable but not great recording quality. The content is unique in this collection. Marty got sober reading the manuscript of the Big Book in Spring 1939. She is the author of the Big Book story "Women Suffer, Too" which has appeared in all four editions. In this talk she covers in depth her 19 or so months in psychiatric care prior to being handed the manuscript by a great friend of AA - the non-alcoholic doctor and eventual Class A Trustee Dr. Harry Tiebot.
This talk is well worth the effort to listen.
