Malachy is a Catholic Priest born in Ireland who came into AA in the late 70's but got sober in 1984 after a dramatic relapse. On leaving to come to America after being ordained, the last words from his mother were, "Whatever you do, don't start drinking and bring shame to the family." This is a message about finding spirituality and redemption in AA. This is a strong, well told story with a surprising ending.
