An Al-Anon member for 16 years, Lavonne was one time Alt-Delegate for Al-Anon in California and, at the time of this event, served as Area Archives Chair.
Her husband is her qualifier.
She starts her talk with a parody of the Oil of Olay commercial she calls "Oil of Al-Anon" that starts out:
"Is your soul dry from desolation, wrinkled from worry, itchy from alcoholic irritation, rough from resentments?
Try Oil of Al-Anon."
