The Woodstock format was introduced by Bob D. of Las Vegas, NV some years back. Well known and loved speakers with long term sobriety share their experience with a focus on 1 to 3 steps each. The order of the presenters is determined by the step(s) each will focus upon. It becomes a cross between a step and a pure speaker meeting. The result of those I have attended is magical.
Covering Steps 4 and 5, Kent shares more on the spirit than the mechanics of Step 4. He also shares on Step 3 as the prerequisite and how he was raised on these universal principles by his mother who was the highest ranking black woman in a nationally known company. But it took desperation and coming into AA to help him realize that knowing is not enough. He has never heard "works if you know it" in the rooms of AA. This talks comes with many recommendations from listeners.
