Sober since September 2007, Jeff speaks from the heart of the countless times he came in and out of recovery before finding the answer. Laying in an abandoned house in the hood within blocks of a treatment center he said "God I thought you had a better plan for my life." He heard a very clear voice say, "I did and you got in the way." From that point his life changed. He found recovery, then service at a bread line he once waited in, then a chance to carry the message as a house manager for a recovery home for college students in a predominantly white neighborhood near a golf course in Kennesaw GA.
