Glenda Lee had alcoholism all through her family. Her dad worked hard but drank hard on the weekends - a real Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Mother would argue with him and Glenda Lee would try to step in. Her father tried AA for 18 months and things were great until he started back.
She became a hoodlum and they sent her off to a Catholic boarding school. She returned home her senior year and met Tom when he picked her up hitch-hiking.
Funny - Delightful.
Her husband, Tom, is her qualifier with over 24 years in AA.
