Sober 30 years since 6/1/1993, Gilbert kicks off this event in his home town.
The event is also known as the GSSA Prepaid Convention because the groups in Area 16 have for decades contributed to a separate fund to host this event. There is no registration fee for the event. It is the only AA Area in Canada and the United States that has such an inclusive fund.
