He drove himself crazy trying to raise two alcoholic sons. Came into Al-Anon because he thought it would be the only way he would get to see his wife. Found out it was the best solution for him. Later, he and his wife divorced. Al-Anon helped him to recognize and be OK with the decision that the marriage was never going to work.
