Classic Clancy.
He comments about an A&E special on AA a couple months before. A woman on that show said she did not need AA because she read a book called, Moderation Management. She was in jail at the time of this talk for criminal manslaughter because she killed a person in a car accident while intoxicated.
Clancy was asked a question for that same A&E program.
"How come some alcoholics can stop drinking without AA and some have to go to AA?"
It is true and an interesting question that Clancy attempts to answer in his talk.
