Sober since 10/31/1958, this is classic Clancy and may be one of his best. He apparently follows a non-priest who just finished speaking. Clancy then contrasts AA's approach to that of religion, medicine and psychiatry. He expresses the frustration we who have found the answer have in trying to carry the message to the unwilling alcoholic who still suffers. He says this program is about keeping the alcoholic around long enough til somehow, some will finally take actions they do not believe in.
