Sober 26 years since 9/21/1989, Butch is a passinate, genuine member of Alcoholics Anonymous.
He is passionate about the Big Book, Steps and Traditions.
He said, "I have a deep, deep love for the old timers."
Butch's sponsor was active in AA and they traveled together to many conferences.
"I believe that the home group is the heartbeat of AA."
