AAI05-Carrying the Message into Correctional Facilities

A Chair and three speakers with extensive experience in Corrections sharing on the topic followed by questions and comments from the audience and answers and comments from the three speakers and Chair.

Kenny H of Kalamazoo, MI - Interesting journey into service as Area 34 Corrections Chair.

Kathy O of Ceredo, WV - sober 10 years since 8/12/1994. Currently Area 73 Chairman. The Area has a very large state and federal prison population with long drives for volunteers.

Bob M of Arizona - sober over 32 years since 1972. Bob's grandfather spent 44 years in Georgia State prison starting in 1928. Bob decided he wanted to be a corrections officer. Bob is one of 10 alcoholic children.

Held as one of the first sessions on the first day of the convention.
