Sober 3 years since 5/10/2000, Cap's is a member of the Complete Abandon Group at the Biscayne Room in Atlanta.
He first came into AA at age 19 and tried to listen but some members told him he was too young.
Got sober first in LA, married and moved to Atlanta but he drifted away and drank again.
"I have had a lot of really good bottoms."
He would have moments of clarity but then they would fade.
