Sober 12 years since 5/1/1981, Jane can be a fast speaker with lots to say. She came in "purposeless" but found her purpose in AA.
At six years sober she got a new sponsor because she needed to change big time.
Her parents were not big drinkers. Originally from Cedar Falls, IA she had her first drink at 14, loved it from the start and left Iowa at age 17 in rebellion.
SHe came into AA so full of fear she could barely walk the streets of her home towm.
