Sober since January 1964, Bob was once a sheriff's deputy in his home town like his dad. His dad died young of this disease. Bob lost his badge in a blackout chasing his wife around town with a loaded .38. He eventually was living in an abandon car - his own - and homeless until he found the rooms of AA. Bob lost his wife of 46 years shortly before this talk. Very touching and funny.
